Textile Networks

The last textile workshop at CTET was a busy day of working with drawing pattern and colour. Some promising resaults and excellent feedback! I am looking forward to visiting the college again soon to see the students finished colour designs. All 80 of them said they were thrilled with the workshops and they want more! I hope this will become an opportunity for the college to develop their curriculum with textile design.

Textile networks were celebrated at a dinner the same evening. where visitors from 3 fashion and textile colleges from the UK, have paired up with 3 textile engineering colleges in Bangladesh. The partnerships have proven to be a great success and a group of students from 2 colleges in Scotland were very enthusiastic about their time the previous day with the students of the Textile Engineering College in Tangail.
